  • 29-5T Any Regrets?

    Hi Gang,
we have been spending a lot time at the dealership comparing the 27-5L and the 29-5T. Lots to like with both. Has anyone gone with the larger 29-5T and wished they went with the smaller 27-5L. I understand that this is a personal decision but would still like to hear input.

    thank you,

The 29-5T is about 34' long and presents a problem at some State Parks. However, the large picture window in the rear is a big plus for us and I wouldn't trade it for any rear kitchen model no matter the size. The King Sized bed is another plus not available on the 27-5L. YMMV but the 29-5T is perfect for us.

We have a 2016 29-5T. Both trailers are good solid units.

We have 50,000+ miles on it with state park, rest area and RV park stays. Just wife & I travel in it. Grown children have slept on the floor a couple of times.

Has been perfect for our needs & no regrets / no changes. Like the king bed, fireplace, large rear window and extra seating.

We bought a 29-5T two months ago our first 5th wheel. Have had it on one quick 3 day "shake down" and it was everything we hoped it would be. Just the two of us, but it is roomy, nice king bed, feels spacious. It is parked in the driveway for now, waiting for better weather and looks awful big. We have to adjust for the size. For seven years we had an Arctic Fox 22GQ and it was flawless and this 5th wheel "feels" the same.
