    I've also been seeing the strange characters. It seems to be embedded where the apostrophes would normally be.

    Windows 10 & Firefox 70.0.1 (64-bit)

    What's with translating apostrophes to different characters it's really strange.
    It's possible a Single-Byte and Multibyte Character Set thing and posts after the upgrade will be fine.

    FYI this was kinda a test post for that theory.

    I’ve noticed some strange characters appearing in posts when viewing the forum on my iPad. I’m using a brand new iPad Air and Safari with iPadOS 13.2.3
