Strange characters in Safari on iPad.

Not the first time I've been accused of being a strange character but I've always thought my posts were pretty normal.

I've also been seeing the strange characters. It seems to be embedded where the apostrophes would normally be.

What's with translating apostrophes to different characters it's really strange.
It's possible a Single-Byte and Multibyte Character Set thing and posts after the upgrade will be fine.

FYI this was kinda a test post for that theory.

I've been seeing the same wierdness on my MacBook Air using Chrome.

Seeing this on windows 10 and chrome.
looks to be replacing apostrophe with this.

I’ve noticed some strange characters appearing in posts when viewing the forum on my iPad. I’m using a brand new iPad Air and Safari with iPadOS 13.2.3
