For Sale 2014 ARCTIC FOX 29-5K

After a long discussion about my recent health issues, my wife and I have reluctantly decided to sell our meticulously maintained 2014 ARCTIC FOX 29-5K. I am offering initially to NROA forum members first for a couple of months before I go to RV Trader to sell it.

    Here’s some of the equipment:

ZAMP solar (there’s 2 panels but I don’t know the wattage)
brand new dual Duracell (East Penn/Deka) AGM batteries
both LPG hoses just replaced with Marshall Excelsior
    New Torklift 4 step Glowsteps
13,500 btu Coleman Mach / Airxcel ducted air conditioner
    Reese Airborne Pin Box
    LED Lighting throughout
    DSI LPG/Electric water heater

    Thetford ceramic toilet
Recently replaced LPG, carbon monoxide, and smoke detectors
    Generator prewire (no genny)

    Factory Alloy wheels
    G series Goodyear G614 tires
    Living room and bedroom slides

    Bedroom flat screen tv
    Living room flat screen tv
    Fantastic Fans (2)

LCI Ground Control 4 way motorized leveling system
    Power motor rear stabilizing jacks
    82 Gallons Fresh
    67 Gallons Gray
    65 Gallons Black

I am meticulous about maintenance and upkeep. I am fortunate to have the most experienced RV technician in NW Arkansas look after items that are out of my wheelhouse. I am OCD about wiring and have recently redone the shoddy OE wiring in the battery bay. The only major “flaw” that I know of is the usual fading of the front cap. I haven’t found someone in the area that’s capable of repainting it properly. There's also the usual peeling on the OE upholstery on one of the recliners. That's why I was posting for some suggestions for better quality recliners.

That said, I feel confident pricing the unit for this forum at $32,000. I don’t think you’ll find a nicer one for that money and there’s not a lot of 29.5K floorplans to choose from.

If you don’t have a suitable current tow rig, the 29.5K is available with a very low mileage (45,000+/-) 2016 Chevy Duramax crewcab 4x4 Work Truck long bed dually. If the trailer sells without the truck, I will price the Duramax at $42,000 but I won’t sell the truck by itself unless the trailer sells first.

If you’re interested in the whole rig, I will sell it to a NROA member for $71,000 no haggle dollars.

Delivery could possibly arranged within a roughly 700 mile radius of Fayetteville AR.

    PM me if interested.

    Thanks for reading.
